    This is what stood out

    Their friendliness and attention to detail were amazing, especially in the Club Lounge. The food selection was varied and plentiful, ensuring each evening felt special. The facilities, including the pools and beach, were pristine and inviting. I cannot wait to return soon to relive this experience.

    Really enjoyed the way our king room in good condition was. This was an excellent and stunning location near to a taxi and the 400 m private beach with water sports on extra charges. There was a grill restaurant nearby.

    Didn't like the area, it was really busy.

    Rooms are in typical Grand Hyatt style with balcony to relax should weather be suitable.

    The steak chef must have had a day off at the Grill when I ate there, definately the worst steak I have had in the past year. Sent back for recooking as I do not expect to see blood coming out of a medium to well done piece of meat. Charged twice for wi-fi which was then fixed when I pointed it out. Hotel taxis are very expensive, next time I will rent a car from the airport. The hotel is far out of town (at the moment)

    We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom villa that was perfect for our family. The pools were fantastic for our kids to enjoy, and dining at Rocca was a highlight, offering delicious meals that everyone loved.

    My kids wished for more hot breakfast options.

    Nothing at all

    The 2-bedroom villa was dirty. Not a single bottle of water was in the villa. It took 45 minutes to get a golf cart to pick you up. Everything is far from the hotel. Food took over an hour to arrive and was cold of course. Internet didn't work. Staff were clueless. Fantastic buidlings, but no management at all. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in...bar none.

    I stayed at Grand Hyatt with my family (while on business in Doha)and had a lovely stay. Very spacious rooms with excellent amenities and tranquil setting. I have highly recommended to my family and friends.

    Liked most everything except that carpets were spotted and needed shampoo (the residence). Also dining chairs looked dirty and spotted. An extra attention by hotel management would improve the looks and hygiene of furniture. Many thanks.

    Fantastic Service and Beautiful Beach Access

    The highlight was definitely the attentive staff, were great to ensure our comfort, especially during breakfast at Santa Monica Breakfast Club. The clean beach with soft white sands made for an ideal relaxation spot, though I did wish for more lounge chairs available by the pool. An amazing experience that's hard to beat!

    The architect design work is beautiful...

    The house keeping is short fall of a luxury brand!... 30 min to bring iron table, the walls in bath have stains on them, shower gel never replaced by cleaning staff unless you request for it, etc...

    The staff treated me like family. Anas at reception was super friendly and offered amazing tips for exploring Doha. I enjoyed relaxing by the infinity pool, and the beach was clean, perfect for swimming. The breakfast at Santa Monica Breakfast Club featured a wide range of delicious options. The fitness center impressed me too. It felt spacious and well-equipped. Housekeeping kept my room clean and tidy. I did face an issue with my luggage. It took longer than expected to arrive in my new room after I switched due to a smoke issue. While my new room was comfortable, I felt a bit let down with the room switch process. Little things like faster luggage delivery after a room change would have made a big difference. Had a fantastic time overall despite a couple of bumps!

    The breakfast was on point , really delicious food with lots of options for everyone.

    It wasn't exactly a bargain , but I guess you gotta pay for some comfort.

    Location just off activities to do with the extra time, the pearl and other touristic areas, and the beach for many hours during the day. Also, to take the guest to the Lugona mall. Comfortable room, extremely comfy bed and large bathroom.
